Mark your calendar: For these two upcoming events… Friday-Sunday, April 8-10: Junior High Retreat At Camp WaRiKi, in Washougal, Washington. A retreat for our Junior High teens, put on by our High School teens. It’s time to register for this retreat!! If you have lost your form, you can print one by clicking on the “forms” link above… ————————————————————— Memorial Day weekend: Friday-Monday, May 27-30: Baker City Service Project Weekend Our annual service project weekend, in Baker City, Oregon. Just a quick reminder that you need to turn in your Camp Jonah registration forms! After January 1, the cost will increase by an additional $10. So, fill out those forms and turn them in along with your payment. You can bring them by the church building any weekday bewteen 9 and 3 and give them to the ladies in the front office. Or you can bring it to me directly (call me and see where I am…) Or you can mail it to the church with my name on the envelope. I bought Tyler Elliott’s plane tickets today… jeff It’s definitely time to mark your calendars for our Southwest Youth Group Winter Snow Retreat! It’ll be the weekend of January 14-17. That’s Martin Luther King weekend, and YES we’ll stay through Monday again! We’ll be going back to Camp Jonah – that very cool camp in Trout Lake, Washington that was converted from an old school into a teen camp. There should be a lot of snow on the ground! Bring some warm winter clothes and gloves – we’ll be going innertubing and we’ll also play snow football! So start thinking now of which friends you can invite… What will we do there? * Play in the snow * Go Snowmobiling * Innertubing * Drink Hot-Chocolate * Hang out with friends * Play snow football * Play pool / ping-pong * Midnight Caving * Play basketball * Singing * Hear some amazing lessons and classes You can download both the Registration Form and the Camp Jonah Activities Waiver from the bottom of this post. You will need to turn them both in to Jeff Grow as soon as you can. The cost is $75 if you register by December 31st and $85 after that. So register now and save some $$!!
