We won’t be using a bus after all. If you are able to go directly to Safari Sam’s, please do, at 9:15pm. We will drive whoever is at SW at 8:45 over to Safari Sam’s in our 2 church vans. Maximum 22 people. So please go directly to Safari Sam’s, if you can. And have your parents pick you up from there afterwards.

This is a special night designed for you to invite your friends! We’ll be going back to “Safari Sam’s”, in Sherwood. We’ll be there from 9:30pm thru 1:30am. They have indoor basketball, Glow-in-the-dark Mini Golf, a velcro wall, lots of cool video games, a jousting beam, Dodge Ball Tournament, and the biggest indoor jungle gym you’ve ever seen… Try out their “Black Diamond Obstacle Course”… race against your friends!

There will be free pizza and pop and all the video games set to free play. The cost for the night will be $24.00 each (even for the adults). This will include pizza and pop and, did I mention, all the video games set to free play! This will be a great night for you to introduce your friends to the Youth Group! On Friday the 13th, please meet at Southwest at 8:45pm or you can meet at Safari Sam’s at 9:15pm. Have your parents pick you up from Safari Sam’s at 1:30am (you should definitely carpool since it’s late).

Hello parents,

We are loading everything and getting ready to leave camp Jonah. We hope to be away from here by 3pm. We want to be down to hood river before it starts to get dark (it’s about 25 miles away, but we’ll be slower since we have about 8 inches of snow. Our original goal was to get back to southwest around 5:30. Our actual arrival time will depend on the weather and traffic as we get into Portland. I will keep you posted.

We had a great weekend! You should be very proud of your kids! I can’t wait for them to share with you how they’ve grown.
